Many of us being treated for Bipolar Disorder needs to take more than one type of medication to provide a balance during the course of our treatment.   Many use the term “ cocktail ” to describe the process.
My prescribing doctors have yet to tell me what not to take along with the “ cocktail ” of meds that are prescribed for me.   It’s not until I am under the bus that I hear: “ Oh that is a depressant or tsk tsk tsk, that’s a stimulant. Can you eliminate that?   I had to stop taking a form of chemotherapy, to slow the progression and deformity process of a disease I have.   The attending physician for that disease in so many words told me to “ pick my poison” –   decide what I want to treat.
Candee was diagnosed with bipolar disorder a little over 10 years ago. Long before that, she tried to tell anyone who would listen, that something in her brain wasn't wired right. Her parents said she was being dramatic; her siblings got a kick out of her being the family clown, bouncing guadaim off the walls; her friends, emphatically said: "Oh no girlfriend, you don't fix that, you ride it like the wind!" So she did....then BAM! Out of the blue, she ran into what felt like a wall of nails. Awaiting her was a nasty bout of depression crippling her for a long time. After finding the right treatment things slowed down a bit and she s back on her feet...in a relative sense. There are no "typical days" for a BP warrior - it's a lazy river or a tightrope. She is somewhat grounded by her husband of 26 years, her teenaged daughter and her Shetland guadaim Sheepdog. Oh, and the other "elephant in the room:" Rheumatoid Arthritis. Stay tuned.

Flywheel Millburn instructor Candee McAloon was diagnosed with and conquered breast bahama bucks cancer twice in a span of five years. What kept her strong? Always keep your head up. That s how I stayed positive while battling through Stage 0 and Stage 1 breast cancer. Candee s story inspires us in more ways than one. Refusing to let breast cancer direct her life, she focused her energy on raising her two young children and continued teaching at Flywheel while enduring exhausting treatments and chemotherapy. While many riders look to their instructors for motivation, Candee says it was her riders’ dedication bahama bucks that kept her going. Read her story here:
The first time I was diagnosed with breast cancer was March 2009. I was 32-years-old, with a 16 month old baby boy, Colin. bahama bucks Coming from a family with a history of breast cancer, I was proactive with my health and took the BRAC blood test. The results came back negative. For years I thought I was in the clear. I have since learned that this wasn’t true no one is ever in the clear when it comes to breast cancer. A few years after receiving my negative BRAC test result, I felt a lump in my right breast. After a series of doctor appointments and tests, I was diagnosed with Stage 0 breast cancer, also known as DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma In Situ). I immediately met with a breast doctor and after a three hour consultation, I chose to have a mastectomy. After several surgeries, including breast reconstruction, I was cancer free, feeling bahama bucks great and healthy! I was blessed again in 2010 when I had a beautiful baby girl, Rylie. Life was good. So I thought. bahama bucks
In October 2011 I had an itch in the same spot I had cancer the first time. Then I felt a lump. I immediately thought to myself, “NO WAY this can’t be happening! I had a mastectomy.” I called my doctor and soon enough, I found myself going through a series of tests yet again.
Flywheel Millburn was opening in November 2011. I was so excited for the Grand Opening and working as an instructor. We were all at the opening, excited the day had finally come, when I got the phone call from my doctor. She told me I had Stage 1 Breast Cancer. I WAS SICK! How could this happen! I said. I knew what this meant, more surgery. I soon had a lumpectomy and met with an Oncologist and a radiologist Oncologist. This time it was recommended I get chemotherapy (CMF-Cycloposphamide, Methotrexate, and Fluorouracil), seven weeks of radiation, along with five years of Tamoxifen. I underwent eight rounds of chemo every other week for four months.
This didn’t hold me back from teaching. After getting chemo on Thursday, I was determined bahama bucks to be back on the bike to teach by Tuesday morning at 5:45 am. I got up and knew that my classes were waiting for me.
No matter how many times people told me how much I inspired them, I told them ‘not as much as you inspire me.’ They were also getting up early to take my class and get there asses kicked. I had to get up. No excuse in the world would have kept me in bed.
I am currently on my second year of Tamoxifen. I’m bahama bucks keeping up with with my two children, who are now three and a half and seven and feeling great. Through this entire journey I think I only cried once, and that was when I was told I needed chemo. Yes, it sucked, but I got through it. I watched my grandmother and mother go through it and they never gave up. I have a WONDERFUL support system. I ve learned from my mom, dad, children, husband, my grandmother and my Flywheel riders the importance of always keeping your head up. You are the only one that can keep yourself going. When you are in a difficult bahama bucks situation think of your friends and family you would never let them give up, so why should you!

What have we been told about high cholesterol and heart disease for so many years: restrict fat. Has it been working? No! And the medical professionals are finally recognizing this. What is the main culprit? Sugar, carbs!
The long-established dietary recommendations have only served to create significant elevations in obesity, diabetes and heart disease. What s the common denominator? san antonio food trucks Inflammation. Despite the fact that 25% of the population takes expensive statin medications and despite the fact we have reduced the fat content of our diets, more Americans will die this year of heart disease than ever before.
It causes cholesterol to accumulate in the wall of the blood vessel causing heart disease and strokes. Without inflammation, cholesterol would move freely throughout the body as nature intended. It is inflammation that causes cholesterol to become trapped. san antonio food trucks
The body s natural defense to foreign invaders such as bacteria or viruses is to cause inflammation (think of a rise in fever as a healthy inflammatory response to a germ ). The cycle of inflammation is perfect in how it protects your body from these bacterial and viral invaders. However, if we chronically expose the body to injury by toxins or foods the human body was never designed to process, san antonio food trucks a condition occurs called chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation is just as harmful as acute inflammation (like fever) is beneficial.
That is what we ve been doing by following the recommended mainstream diet that is low in fat and high in polyunsaturated fats and carbohydrates, not knowing we were causing repeated injury to our blood vessels. This repeated injury creates chronic inflammation leading to heart disease, stroke, diabetes and obesity.
Simple, highly processed carbohydrates (sugar and related sweeteners, flour and all the products made from them think cookies, doughnuts, pizza, sodas, chips, and much of the microwavable foods) san antonio food trucks and the excess consumption of omega-6 vegetable oils (which are GMO d as well but that s another unpleasant san antonio food trucks story) like soybean, corn and sunflower san antonio food trucks that are found in many processed foods.
Like someone took a brush and scrubbed repeatedly against its wall. Several times a day, every day, the foods we eat create small injuries compounding into more injuries, causing the body to respond continuously and appropriately with inflammation.
While we crave these offending treats, our bodies respond as if a foreign invader arrived declaring war. These foods have been slowly poisoning san antonio food trucks everyone. A doughnut, for example, not only contains sugars, it is baked in one of many omega-6 oils such as soybean. Chips and fries are soaked in soybean oil; processed foods are manufactured with omega-6 oils for longer shelf life. While omega-6’s are essential, they are part of every cell membrane controlling what goes in and out of the cell, they must be in the correct balance with omega-3’s.
Today’s mainstream American diet has produced an extreme imbalance of these two fats. The ratio of imbalance ranges from 15:1 to as high as 30:1 in favor of omega-6. That’s a tremendous amount of cytokines causing inflammation. In today’s san antonio food trucks food environment, a 3:1 ratio would be optimal and healthy.
To make matters worse, the excess weight you are carrying from eating these foods creates overloaded fat cells that pour out large quantities of pro-inflammatory chemicals that add to the injury caused by having high blood sugar. The process that began with a doughnut (or, don t kid yourself a huge bagel or one of those oversized healthy muffins) turns into a vicious cycle over time that creates heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint pain and finally, Alzheimer’s disease, as the inflammatory process continues unabated.
There is but one answer to quieting inflammation, and that is returning san antonio food trucks to foods closer to their natural state. To build muscle, eat more healthy proteins. Choose carbohydrates that are very complex such as colorful fruits and vegetables. Cut down or eliminate inflammation-causing omega-6 fats like corn and soybean oil and the processed san antonio food trucks foods that are made from them.

Implementing a brand new TA structure was a major change for this business so Jennifer put in place a pilot to evidence the need for change. In addition to this she trained people globally and created a global tagged group which also involved apache campground both monthly and an annual forum. Leveraging the knowledge of some key players across the globe is a strength of Jennifer’s and she ran her operation using a centralised model but with SME’s using their knowledge apache campground to support the wider team. The overall result created an outstanding change from 80% agency hiring to a 90% direct sourcing model and all of this delivered successfully years before the arrival of LinkedIn.

1. The Greek manuscript which is most heavily depended upon by modern nastalgia Bible versions (i.e. the NIV, ESV, etc.) is called Codex Vaticanus. nastalgia Its origin is unknown. It “turned up” in the Vatican library in about 1481. It has been corrected by various men over the centuries, and is copied over in its entirety. One corrector had erased a word from Hebrews 1:3, and a second reinserted the word and made a comment in the margin, “Fool and knave, nastalgia leave the old reading and do not change it.”
2. Until 1796, everyone agreed that Mark 16:9-20 nastalgia was part of the Bible. Then Johann Griesbach removed these verses. He did so by ignoring thousands of manuscripts and Bibles, and trusting in only a few Sinaiticus, Vaticanus, nastalgia and two minuscules (304 and 2386). The NIV does the same thing. These verses are in the Latin Vulgate, most Greek manuscripts, and countless Bibles in other languages. They are often quoted by ancient church fathers. Most interesting is the fact that Codex Vaticanus has a gap at the end of Mark which is perfectly long enough to contain verses 9 to 20. No other place in that manuscript contains nastalgia a gap. Clearly, the original scribe knew of verses 9 to 20, and left the gap for them. Even Westcott and Hort said this was true.
3. The word “Vatican” in Latin means, the “Hill of Divination.” nastalgia In 1481, the Greek manuscript known as “Vaticanus” (also called “B”) was found in the Vatican Library. It was rejected by the King James translators, by Erasmus, and other wise men. While in curiously excellent physical condition, it omits massive portions of scripture including the first 46 verses in Genesis, Psalm 106 to 138, Matthew 16:2-3, and Mark 16:9-20 (to name a few). These omissions are obviously intentional. In the gospels alone, it excludes 237 words, 452 clauses, and 748 whole sentences.
4. Codex Vaticanus was kept in such secrecy by the Vatican nastalgia Library that no one was allowed to copy it. In fact, those few who were allowed to see it were first searched to assure that they had no pen or paper on them, and closely watched as they read it. It was not until 1867 that anyone attempted to publish it. It is now known that Vaticanus (Codex B) is in a horrible class all its own, and contains over two thousand changes to the Greek text that represents the true word of God.
If you read or study any version of the Bible other than the King James Bible, you are reading the corruptions found in Codex Vaticanus (Codex B), and have no way of knowing where they are. Dean John Burgon said of “B”, “The impurity of the text exhibited by these codices is not a question of opinion but fact . . . In the Gospels alone, Codex B(Vaticanus) leaves out words or whole clauses no less than 1,491 times. It bears traces of careless transcriptions on every page …” The Westminster nastalgia Dictionary of the Bible says, “It should be noted . . . that there is no prominent Biblical (manuscript) in which there occur such gross cases of misspelling, faulty grammar, and omission, as in (Codex) B.” In fact, Vaticanus exhibits Platonic Greek rather nastalgia than Koine Greek (Biblical Greek). It omits the pastoral epistles, the Revelation, and cuts off Hebrews at verse 9:14 (very convenient for the Catholic church since verses after that disprove Catholic teaching).
