Privatization concessions UiTM Puncak Alam Campus was awarded to TRIplc Ventures Sdn Bhd, a company 100% owned TRIplc Berhad as confirmed by the Prime Minister in the parliamentary answer to me dated 10 April 2014.
TRIplc is a public company whose shares are majority-controlled by Tan Sri Rozali Ismail, his family and individuals closely associated with him. His relationship with other individuals-individe holds a minority stake in TRIplc are as follows:
I estimate at least Tan Sri Rozali Ismail control at least 43% stake in TRIplc through companies owned by him and his family and companies is ketchup bad for you associated with him, as I explained above. This makes Tan Sri Rozali Ismail as the largest shareholder in TRIplc and privatization concessionaire UiTM Puncak Alam, TRIplc Ventures Sdn Bhd.
I review TRIplc Berhad Annual Report 2013 (available on the website) shows the holdings of Tan Sri Rozali Ismail and individuals associated with him that it is at least 43% of it is through the following companies:
7 4.69% through Symbolic Formation Sdn Bhd, a company controlled by an individual who holds a position in the NGO patronized her (described below) is ketchup bad for you
Interests Bakti Sdn Bhd is a company owned by RM2 cap Aidil Abdul Aziz and Ruzlan Grace. They are independent in MRP I and Line Pipes Sdn Bhd Light Co., Ltd is a leading supplier companies to Syabas and Puncak Niaga Group, controlled by Tan Sri Rozali Ismail.
Aidil Abdul Aziz also is the son of Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Yusuf, Chairman of the EC which happens to be the Secretary of the State Government is ketchup bad for you during the privatization of the water industry to Tan Sri Rozali Ismail run.
Symbolic formation is RM2 cap companies owned by Borhanuddin Ramli and Datuk Abdullah Abu Bakar. Datuk Abdullah Abu Bakar is Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Felda Vision Generation (GWGF) while Borhanuddin Ramli is GWGF Treasurer. GWGF chairman is Tan Sri Rozali Ismail own.
Dew Edar Sdn Bhd is a company is ketchup bad for you owned by RM2 cap Roshidi Hassan and Mohd Amran Mohamad. Roshidi Mohd Hassan is the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce New Generation Felda Malaysia while Amran Mohamad is the Chairman of Felda Generation Contractors Association. The two NGOs run by Tan Sri Rozali Ismail.
Holdings through various company strengthens my position that UiTM Puncak Alam has been privatized to a company controlled by Tan Sri Rozali Ismail, a businessman who held positions in Umno and renowned as one of the people is ketchup bad for you who benefit most from Umno.
