The name is derived from boiled cream and Piemonteből. That is not enough ... because it is the first time managed to hit the perfect proportions !!! Ingredients: 4 oz cream 1 oz milk 4 tbs sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 level rod gelatin, milk the cream with sugar and vanilla seeds scraped from bars along with the rod barely boil. If a bit has cooled but still hot, remove the vanilla bar, add the gelatin and mixing until melted. Optionally, bowls, wine glass or bottle filled with buckles and inserted into the fridge for 3-4 hours or even overnight.
