Hm, I have no definite cup cake maker offer - just seeing it the like that you get plenty of protein. Have you tried counting calories? I was certainly very surprised when I first went to work with weighing food and counting calories - I could not understand that I only had to eat such small amounts of food Otherwise, there's nothing else to do but to be patient. ..

You drlkker very smootie ... that's part carbohydrates in. .... but you grow so much exercise do not know why ..... Do not think it is smoothiens fault, it is one I make of mixed berries and about 2DL skim milk. So it's not exactly that calories are hiding. really do not know ....
think maybe you just eat a little too much of everything, it's hard to say and when there is no weight on but at the protein I drink once in a buyer has flowed with calories. but has shown nothing to do but count and kaloier and you'll be down on 1200
If you have increased the volume of your training, cup cake maker this may well help to retain the fluid in the body - for: food, I think you either have to really start with points or counting calories. how long is it now you have to lose the 4 kg?
You get some sugar over all the fruit you eat ... You could try for a week to replace it with cucumber and carrots?! And watermelon cup cake maker (which is actually composed entirely of water) ... The only vegetable that "user" more energy than you consume is celery - then maybe you should try it?
